- Basic device and browser information, the pages you view, and the links that referred you. We use this to see which pages are actually useful.

- To answer your questions, prepare a free statement audit, and provide the services you ask for.
- To set up and support your account with our banking and software partners.
- To send service updates and, if you opt in, occasional news for local business owners. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your statements or financial records with anyone outside the partners required to deliver your service.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with processing banks and payment networks, payroll and bookkeeping software providers, our scheduling and email tools, and our professional advisors. Every one of them is bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client, and after that only as long as tax, legal, and payment-network obligations require. Audit documents from prospective clients are deleted on request.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time.
- Turn off cookies in your browser, though some of our forms may stop working if you do.
