Agreement to these terms

By using merchantwide.com or engaging Merchantwide Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

Merchantwide provides credit card processing, payroll and HR, bookkeeping, marketing, and virtual assistant services. Specific services, pricing, and terms for your business are set out in the service agreement you sign with us. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, your service agreement wins.

Quotes, audits, and savings estimates

Free statement audits and savings estimates are prepared from the documents you provide and reflect rates available at the time. They are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Your actual results depend on your volume, card mix, average ticket size, and the bank’s underwriting.

No long-term contracts

Our standard processing agreements carry no early-termination fee. Payroll, bookkeeping, marketing, and assistant services are billed monthly and may be canceled with the notice stated in your service agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, tax, and banking information and keep it current.
• Review payroll runs, filings, and reports we prepare for you before approval.
• Comply with card network rules and applicable law in how you accept payments.
• Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.

Third-party partners

Some services are delivered with banking, software, and network partners under their own terms. We choose partners carefully and stay accountable for your experience, but we are not responsible for outages or for decisions that are theirs alone, such as underwriting declines and funding holds.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in your service agreement. Processing fees are typically deducted from settlement or debited monthly; service fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Late amounts may pause service after notice.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to Merchantwide Services. Materials we create for you as part of a marketing engagement are yours once paid for.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content. We may limit access for misuse.

Disclaimers

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor. Our bookkeeping and payroll services do not replace advice from your CPA or attorney. The site is provided as is, with no warranty that it will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date above always shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.
